To ask the Minister for Health if a national strategy will be put in place pertaining to the operations of clinics for those who have suffered from Covid-19; if consideration has been given to the ring-fencing of funding either at local hospital group level or national level for persons who have contracted Covid-19 and as a result have suffered prolonged ill health; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
