46. To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment further to Parliamentary Question No. 120 of 8 December 2020, if he will provide a copy of the letter to Kerry County Council outlining the allocation of €744,739 under a scheme (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. As stated in reply to Question No. 120 of 8 December 2020,  funding of €744,739 was allocated for the Anti-Litter & Anti-Graffiti Awareness Grant Scheme (ALAGS) in August 2020. The scheme, however, has not formally progressed to date this year due to the levels of Covid restriction in the timeframe since August. Therefore, as indicated in my previous response, I am considering extending the closing date for the 2020 scheme. A  letter would then issue to the Local Authorities to confirm the funding envelope available and the applicable closing date. In the current circumstances, therefore, projects funded from the 2020 scheme would be fall to be progressed in 2021 and funding recouped next year.
