243. To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the breakdown of allocations for each programme under her Department’s expenditure estimate for 2021 sub-heading A.29 – Disability Activation Supports Allocation €13,660,000 in tabular form; the reason there is a reduction in the budgeted allocation from 2020; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The table below gives a breakdown of the estimate of expenditure for 2021 sub-head A.29 - Disability Activation Supports:

The Ability programme, sub-head A.29.2, is a three year programme which commenced in July 2018. The programme is due to conclude at the end June 2021. The reduction of €3.62 million in the estimate of expenditure reflects the programme concluding at the end of June 2021.

There is no reduction in allocation for the other programmes in sub-head A.29 - Disability Activation Support.
