240. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the amount the OPW spent on the refurbishment of Malahide Garda station in 2018, 2019 and to date in 2020, in tabular form. [39889/20]

I can confirm that the Office of Public works has spent a total of €112,758.68 on the refurbishment and maintenance of Malahide Garda Station in the years 2018, 2019, and to date 2020. Details of the expenditure for each year is outlined in the table below. These figures are for both works funded by the OPW and An Garda Síochána and include maintenance work, small elective projects, and the upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems.
