I wish to advise the Deputy that my officials have asked the agencies within the remit of my Department to respond to you directly on this matter.  

The agencies concerned are as follows:

Adoption Authority of Ireland;

Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission;

National Disability Authority;

Oberstown Children Detention Campus;

Ombudsman for Children's Office; and

Tusla - Child and Family Agency.
