To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if companies that report to him such as the Irish Aviation Authority, have a compulsory retirement age of 65 years of age; if not, if they are included under the Public Service Superannuation (Age of Retirement) Act 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
