To ask the Minister for Health if the designated authorised officers are adequately resourced and in a position to ensure the implementation of regulations and that those retailers failing to comply with the law will be sanctioned accordingly, in view of the extended two year period of transition on the implementation of section 22 of the Public Health Alcohol Act 2018 now closing on 11 November 2020; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
