To ask the Minister for Health the stage at which during the review of a centre (details supplied) the decision was made that the investigators had gone beyond the terms of reference; the reason this was not realised at the regular briefing meetings in view of the fact it was not a legal review; and the legal constraints that prevented the examiners going beyond the terms of reference if they deemed it necessary. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
