363. I understand that on December 6th, 2019 Dublin City Council entered into a development agreement with Bartra Capital Limited for the development of it's residential lands at O'Devaney Gardens. The legal agreement requires that 30% of the residences developed shall be for Social Housing, 20% of the residences shall be Affordable Purchase units and 50% of the residences shall be Developer (private) units. My Department are not aware of an intention to vary this apportionment.

The Developer is currently in the process of applying for planning permission to An Bord Pleanála under the Strategic Housing Development (SHD) procedure. The finalised number of housing units to be developed on the site will be determined by the statutory planning process.
