To ask the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) will no longer be provided funding for care from 30 September 2020 despite the fact that they have severe disabilities affecting their physical and mental health and requiring 24-7 professional care; and the steps he will take to ensure that the burden of care does not fall on the elderly parents of this person that are incapable of effectively meeting their needs.
