To ask the Minister for Health the provisions in place for staff who are pregnant and cannot return to work due to having to use excessive sanitisers and disinfectants; if a Covid-19 payment will be introduced to cover loss of earnings; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Eligibility for COVID-19 payment and illness benefit while absent from work (for whatever reason) is a matter for Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection.
