The lead Department responsible for the implementation of the Ramsar convention is the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage. I advise the Deputy to resubmit the question to that Department for answer.

The lead Department responsible for the implementation and enforcement of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is the Department of Culture Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
