815. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of a forestry road application by a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14937/20]

A forest road licence was issued to the person named on 14thMay, 2020. The decision was also issued to those who had made a submission on the licence application.
The decision has been appealed to the Forestry Appeals Committee (FAC). The FAC is operationally independent of my Department and will be in touch with the person named regarding the appeal hearing in due course.
