To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of retrospective reports of child sexual violence which Tusla has categorised as founded and unfounded for each of the past 12 months of 2019, in tabular form from the data in the NIIS, national immunisation information system, in each of the three categories in which this data is recorded; the intake record, initial assessment form and referral record screen; if this information is not available, the reason the NIIS is not being completed and these figures not available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy is referring to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. I have therefore referred the matter to Tusla, and asked that a direct response be provided to the Deputy.
