To ask the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) has had their home help hours reduced from ten to five hours and then to three hours; if the hours will be increased again; the reason there has been such a delay in commencing the home help; when a person will be assigned to provide the home help; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
