To ask the Minister for Health if the taxi transfer contract attached to University Hospital Kerry and awarded to a company (details supplied) has been terminated; if the hospital management requested as part of that contract that the dialysis unit in the hospital taxi transfers be awarded to a specific third party due to the complex nature of transferring dialysis patients; and if a new tendering process will now take place.
