To ask the Minister for Health the status of the referral for an assessment of needs for a person (details supplied); and the steps he will take to ensure that the HSE complies with its legal requirement under the Disability Act 2005 to carry out an assessment of need within three months of the referral being accepted by the children's disability services on 7 October 2019.
