On 6^thDecember 2019, my Department received enforcement proceedings from the DPC in respect of the August 2019 Report of the Commission on the Public Services Card.

The Department filed an appeal against the Enforcement Notice within the timeframe provided to do so.

As the matter is now before the Courts, it would be inappropriate to make any further comment.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
