712. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 879 of 5 March 2020, in the case of a person (details supplied), with particular reference to the statement that patients are expected to be in a position to arrange transport to and from hospital using public or local transport, if it is recognised that some patients are not in a position to make transport arrangements and the discretionary service previously available has been diminished to the extent of not being able to meet their appointments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
