The person concerned has been awarded Illness Benefit from 24/01/2020. Illness Benefit is not payable for the first six days of this claim, excluding Sunday.

The person concerned is in receipt of the maximum Personal and Qualified Adult Dependant rates. The person concerned has been paid up to and including 27/02/2020
