To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if all contractors engaged by Fáilte Ireland in each of the years 2016 to 2019 and to date in 2020 were fully compliant with the Companies Act 2014 in respect of correctly filed annual financial accounts and tax compliant certificates; if Fáilte Ireland identified issues with contractors it engaged in those years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
