To ask the Minister for Health the way in which out-of-hours responses for child and adolescent mental health services have been expanded to date in 2019 by moving to the 7-7 model; the timeline for full transition to a 7/7 model for CAMHS; the details of CAMHS services in each CHO that provide 7-7 services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
