The Department of Health migrated from its old website to the new centralised Government of Ireland platform gov.ie in September 2019. The purpose of this migration is to provide easier access to information relating to all government departments through a single online portal. As part of this transition, content prior to 1st January 2016 was archived. Department press releases and speeches by Ministers in previous Governments are accessible on the homepage of the new website, gov.ie/health, by accessing the "View our previous website" link.
