I propose to take Questions Nos. 394, 395 and 438 together.

On Tuesday 3 December, the Aggregate Report of the Independent Clinical Expert Panel Review, led by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the UK, was published on the website of my Department following the Government meeting.

The first key objective of this Review was to provide women, or their next of kin, with independent clinical assurance about the timing of their diagnosis and treatment. The Expert Panel also produced an aggregate report of their findings, including recommendations with the aim of improving care for women.

The detail sought by the Deputy did not form part of the Expert Panel's terms of reference, and has not been included in their report.
