The table below shows the number of Freedom of Information requests received and the number of such requests refused by my Department for the years 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 (to end November).
My Department does not routinely collate the information sought in respect of the Information Commissioner's decisions in the format requested, but details on decisions made by the Information Commissioner in respect of my Department can be found on the website of the Office of the Information Commissioner at , which can be searched by Department name. The Commissioner's website shows that seven of the Department's decisions were either varied or annulled during the relevant period. It should be noted that the Department's name changed from the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government to its current title during 2016.
Total number of FOI Requests Received | FOI Requests Refused | |
---|---|---|
2019 (to end Nov) | 294 | 64 |
2018 | 455 | 121 |
2017 | 351 | 86 |
