118. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if his attention has been drawn to the fact that an application for summer works funding by a school (details supplied) has been incorrectly announced as being allocated to County Sligo; his plans to substitute an application from County Sligo in view of the error; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm to the Deputy that my Department has looked into this matter and can advise that the school in question is registered on the Department's system as having a postal address in Co Sligo. We are currently liaising with the school authority in relation to their official title and address. As the Summer Works Scheme is not administered on a county quota basis, my Department will continue with the Summer Works Scheme as announced.
