To ask the Minister for Health the number of blood samples that have been transferred by taxi from the Children's Health Ireland at Connolly Hospital to Temple Street Children's University Hospital since 31 July 2019 to date in 2019 in the presence of a hospital employee during transfer; the number of taxi journeys involved; and if the blood samples were at all times in the presence of a hospital employee during their transfer.
