To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if his Department has received correspondence from Donegal County Council concerning proposals to install a sculpture on Magheraclogher Beach (details supplied) regarding the relevant foreshore considerations which such a project would entail; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [49171/19]
