To ask the Minister for Health if the service being offered by a community nursing unit (details supplied) in County Tipperary will be reviewed in order to ensure that persons in the area will have long-term stay care in their own town in view of plans by the HSE to have them seek care in Nenagh or Thurles; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
