To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the reason for the repeated delays in finalising and commencing a small pilot urban bus project for Kilkenny city; the reason the NTA has not finalised fares and timetables after three years of planning; when the service will commence; and the lessons his Department and the NTA will learn from these delays to ensure that future projects are not held up in the same manner.
