To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the central personnel section of the HSE is not approving appointments across the health system to fill vacancies; the steps he has taken to ensure that the HSE adopts a policy to fill all vacancies in the health service in cases in which this has been recommended by the relevant section of the HSE to provide necessary services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
