174. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the amount the OPW has spent on Transaer House, Dublin Airport to date; and the date on which the OPW will and-or has handed this building over to An Garda Síochána. [44996/19]

The annual expenditure to date on Transaer House, Dublin Airport by the Office of Public Works is approximately €4.4 m and comprises of all project expenditure including design team fees, surveys, opening up works, per cent for art allowance, construction works and VAT. The project reached substantial completion and was handed over to An Garda Síochána on 29thApril, 2019.
