I am advised by Revenue that the Statement of Caseto which the Deputy is referring issued to the Tax Appeals Commission on 30 October 2019. Revenue have also confirmed to me that a copy issued to the person in question on the same date.

Revenue advise that the initial delay in preparing the Statement of Case arose due to the higher than usual volumes of correspondence received by the relevant Unit in recent weeks.
