To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of files relating to historical complaints that remain in the possession of an organisation (details supplied); the number of such files reviewed in view of requirements of the organisation under mandatory reporting; if the files have not been reviewed, when they will be reviewed and referred on to the relevant authority; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I propose to take Questions Nos. 1004 to 1006, inclusive, together.

The Deputy is referring to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. I have therefore referred the matter to Tusla, and asked that a direct response be provided to the Deputy.
