To ask the Minister for Health the number of positions in the CHO2 health service in the western region in which applicants have received offers of a post but were subsequently informed by the HSE that the position is on hold due to budgetary restraints and continues to require the approval from the national director; the quarter in each case during which the offer of a position was initially made; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
