To ask the Minister for Health when a dialysis unit (details supplied) last underwent a quality assurance check by the HSE; the term of the contract for the service with the HSE; the cost of the service per year; the number of patients presenting for dialysis over the lifetime of the contract to date; if there have been complaints from the service users or staff at the facility; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
