To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the stage the E3 Trinity College Dublin project is at; when the project will go out for tender; when construction will commence; when the project will be completed; the estimated cost of the project; the amount spent to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The project to which the Deputy refers is anticipated to proceed to tender stage in Q2 2020.  The project is approved in principle for an exchequer contribution of €15m. Subject to no unforeseen circumstances, it is envisaged that the project will be completed in Q3 2022. The total project cost is estimated in the region of €60m. No exchequer funding has been drawn down to date.
