The Agriculture Appeals Office operates independently of my Department.

I have been advised by the Agriculture Appeals Office that a request was submitted on behalf of the person named for a review of the Appeals Officer's decision regarding his appeal. A comprehensive review of the case was undertaken by the Director of Agriculture Appeals.

The review has been finalised and a letter issued to the person named on 26 August 2019 advising of the outcome.
