To ask the Minister for Health if the delays being experienced by a person (details supplied) due to HSE guidelines will be addressed; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the person needs the specially made shoes to be able to walk; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that the person has been waiting for more than a year due to HSE guidelines and cases being dealt with on a priority basis; and if he will direct the HSE to expedite the case.
