To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht further to Parliamentary Question No. 777 of 25 June 2019, if wildlife rangers have raised the issue of the negative impacts of urban seagulls on other fauna or reported same to her Department in relation to St. Stephen's Green and or Marlay Park.
