My Department will shortly be engaging in dialogue with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and the Health Service Executive in relation to the 2020 Estimates, and this process will include an analysis of the potential impact of demographic change.

Until these discussions are concluded it would not be appropriate for me to comment on this matter.
