Disability allowance (DA) is a statutory means-tested payment and is subject to periodic reviews. This lady's entitlement to DA was reviewed on 20 August 2013 and she was assessed with nil means with effect from 12 September 2012.

The person concerned has been in receipt of full rate DA payment from 12 September 2012 to date, including free fuel allowance (FFA) in fuel season.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
