412. To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of cases of retrospective child sexual violence classified as founded and unfounded by Tusla in each of the years 2014 to 2018 and to date in 2019, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28685/19]

The question relates to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. I have therefore referred the matter to Tusla, and asked that a direct reply be provided to the Deputy.
