78. To ask the Minister for Finance the estimated cost of €20 carbon tax to the consumer per item (details supplied); the estimated cost for an increase in carbon tax by amounts in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27097/19]

I am advised by Revenue that the estimated cost to the consumer of Carbon Tax (including VAT) on each of the requested units and commodity types is provided in the table below.
