To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to a mechanism by which a family can have home care provided by way of a grant to purchase hours in cases in which the hours needed fall outside the normal working hours for a home care provider but could be purchased directly from the home care worker; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
