To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will provide a copy of the 2008 ledger used for receipt of REPS 4 applications into the Killarney offices of his Department to verify if there was a single or dual entries in respect of farmers in the county as referenced in correspondence (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. In relation to the REPS 4 participation of the persons named, the matter has been dealt with comprehensively and all REPS 4 payments due have issued in full to both persons named.

The position in relation to the ledger referred to is that it could not be located. The persons concerned were informed of this fact during the course of an oral hearing held by the Agricultural Appeals Office in 2014 concerning the matter.
