To ask the Minister for Health if a person (details supplied) or their subordinates gave direction to members of administration staff at the University Hospital Limerick Group to cancel an operating theatre list of at least 15 patients, many of them children but also involving two cancer cases, within 37 hours before planned surgery in May 2018.
