To ask the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) who has undergone a lung transplant as a result of having cystic fibrosis will not be seen as a patient in St. Vincent’s Hospital which specialises in the care of the illness despite this patient still having cystic fibrosis and related illnesses such as diabetes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
