To ask the Minister for Health his plans to provide alternative accommodation for an outpatients psychiatric unit at a location (details supplied) as an alternative to the current accommodation in the mental health services building at University Hospital Galway; the number of outpatients who will be attending this centre; the cost of the rent of the property; the length of the lease; his plans to ensure the safety of the public, particularly children, as a result of the move; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
