91. Responsibility for child protection and welfare services transferred to Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, under the aegis of the Department of Children and Youth Affairs a number of years ago. However, I have referred the Deputy's question to the HSE's National Director of HR for a direct reply to the Deputy regarding persons who may have remained in the employ of the HSE.
I am advised that with regard to the investigative report mentioned, my colleague the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs is giving the findings and recommendations due consideration.
